“Dress arrived but was used and the detachable long sleeve top was missing. The hem on top of the dress had faint iron mark on it. I had to pay for the return. Waiting for confirmation of refund. I complained same day 6/11/2025 and returned on 8/11/2025. Disappointed with service and customer service.”
