“Arrived deeply creased, scrunched up in a tiny plastic bag, ruining the dress. I have not been able to find any tailor or dry cleaners who can remove the creases without removing the knife pleats. It looks awful. I would have returned if I'd known it could not be remedied. I would avoid buying Phase Eight online again. The petite fit was good, and the colour. Such a waste! I see others have had the same problem with other Phase Eight items.”

“I am size 6 petite mostly. This dress would probably have fitted better to the waist in a normal size 6 but would have been too long. The waist was high and that made it less comfortable to wear. The soft belt scrunches up. I would prefer a firmer belt.”
