“I ordered the Helena Pleated dress, which was a lovely green, great style but when it arrived it was so badly packed and creased. I took it to my local dry cleaners to be pressed. She was shocked at the condition of the dress and said unfortunately she was unable to do anything with the pleats as they were so creased.
I would recommend Phase Eight clothes but buy in store, even though I tried to purchase this dress from my local John Lewis store, they had 6 on the rail for sail, all in the same creased condition. Hence, I did not purchase one.”
