“The item received had the correct label for a pinafore as ordered. Unfortunately it was attached to an ugly black top!
Returning it was a pain in the neck.
Why a return label isn’t on the delivery note is beyond me!”

“The dress in the online photo was a fitted style. The dress I received had no shape in the front, just straight up and down. The fabric was lovely and a separate long sleeve top was included, to wear under the pinafore, but sadly the lack of shape meant it did nothing for me and was also much too big in the size I had ordered. Had it been fitted it would have been ok I think, as I usually take that size in Phase Eight, but sadly I had to return it.”

“Loved this pinafore mini dress. Stylish and perfect fit for a petite lady. You have some lovely clothes on your website but unfortunately very few for the petite lady. I know you have a petite range now but they are often very blousy in style and inappropriate for a petite figure. Your clothes are always of nice material and smart looking. Please take heed of my earlier remark on petite styles as I would buy more if I knew the clothes would fit me.”
