Thank you for your feedback, I am afraid that our warehouse cancel the orders if the item is discovered to be of non saleable quality and no other is available.
We would not be able to alter the size when this is done as the refund is automatic.
With regards to the other dress, I am sorry that you did not find the quality as you would expect from Phase Eight.
