“Poor quality / faulty. Love the dress BUT poor quality. The stitching coming undone from a number of pleats, obviously a dress that had been returned before. As sizing was generous I ordered next size down and that dress had exactly same issue. Number of pleats becoming unstitched. More than likely previous orders were faulty but just recycled. Lack of quality control. Come on Phase Eight.”
