“Having paid £159 for the dress, I would have expected much better packaging., which was extremely poor. The dress arrived so crumpled, it was impossible to see how it should look on. It would have required me to take it to the dry cleaners to be pressed. Compared to other Phase Eight dresses I have bought, no where near the quality including the belt that is now just a material tie one, not a proper buckle belt. Definitely not worth £159!”
