“This is a really nice outfit.
The size conversation from UK to US was off. This meant that the size I got was gigantic. It was awful. I needed it for a special event. I called customer service to help me get the new order expedited, but they could not care less. The shipment is standardized to one option. I needed it urgently. And staff neither helped me but managed to aggravate the situation more. When I got two sizes smaller, I was so sad to see that the petite size was too long. And I'm not petite petite. I had to go to a seamstress to get it fixed. Such a hassle.
Now, I'm left with a gigantic size jacket and outfit and the customer service folks are never available even during the hours the claim to be open. And when they are available, they don't want to help you.”
“I love this jumpsuit, fits really well, the material is so comfortable to wear. There are 2 pleats on the waistband which help disguise the pot belly. The only problem I have is the zip!!! It is very stiff snd gets stuck at the waistline.”
“The suit is a small fit so would recommend to size up.
Bought this for a wedding looked amazing with the jacket but on the morning of the wedding noticed that the hem on both legs had only been stitched halfway, therefore spend a rushed 10mins hand stitching them. This obviously had not gone through quality control.
I would of given it 5 stars if I hadn't spent a rushed 10 mins finishing the seamstresses work.”
