“I am so disappointed with the lack of response from Phase 8 to my customer service inquiry. I was shipped an obviously previously owned and DAMAGED dress, sent in a message over a week ago with photos (now attached to this review), and instead of anyone trying to reach back out to me to set things right, I've just gotten piles of "review your purchase!" emails.
Voilá. Here's my review:
Buyer Beware - evidently no one is bothering to inspect things before they are shipped out, and good luck getting any response if you are sent a damaged item! Otherwise, the fit is good, if somewhat oversized compared with the stated size guide. Oh, and beware that the listed sizes aren't clearly listed on the product pages, so double check you're receiving what you actually want via the cart, before you submit.”
