I am so sorry to hear you have not received any acknowledgement about your return. We do ask customers to allow up to 14 working days for a return to be received and a refund to be provided, an email should be sent out once our team have scanned in the return, if you have now heard any thing by the 14th working day we do ask for customers to contact our customer service team with an image of their postage receipt so we can look into your return and get your refund processed for you.
I have looked into the order for you, and I can see the refund has been processed for you.

“Having started taking regular cruise holidays I’ve been keeping an eye out for occasion dresses.
I saw this dress in Phase Eight’s petite range and ordered it when it had a nice discount.
The dress fits me beautifully, and it’s a flattering shape. It hangs well and is lined with a soft material which is comfortable against the skin. It is a little tricky fixing the button and loop closure (especially if you have a generous chest blocking your view!)
I have found that the dress does shed a good few sequins but there are so many you’d not notice.
I’m looking forward to sparkling on my next trip away.”

“Ideal gown for forthcoming Christmas cruise. Needed a petite show stopper gown for our forthcoming Christmas cruise. The style and colour was perfect for me. Once I put the gown on I knew without looking in the mirror that I had found the one. This had money off making it an absolute bargain.
The drape of the dress is exquisite and despite the material being sequinned is very soft, not scratchy or like a harness.”
