“Beautiful dress, looked amazing and fitted well, sadly delivered faulty / damaged and no replacement was available from Phase Eight, I subsequently bought the same dress through JL, same problem damaged / faulty and all the dye had run into the white sections on this one, so disappointing. Trouble free returns and refunds, although I did not automatically get the postage refunded from Phase Eight, I had to ask.”
