“I really like the dress but it arrived with 2 buttons missing. It was out of stock in my size so I called customer services and they agreed a discount. It wasn’t as much as I hoped as I had to replace all of the buttons as they were covered buttons so couldn’t be matched, but I really wanted the dress for my holiday. Not actually worn it yet but tried it on and very happy.”
