“Lovely dress, decided on it for my 3 bridesmaids for my late Sept wedding…. When ordering we have had an issue that the original dress ordered had a sparkly diamanté belt…..and it’s taken 5 more dresses to get the same belt for 2 bridesmaids as some of the dresses arrived with a cheaper looking gold belt ( not in any of the pics online).
So we now have 1 bridesmaid with the wrong belt. We contacted customer services and a week later have no response! Phase Eight please help!”

“This was a terrible dress as the material is awful and gets stuck and ripped so easily. It’s of the same material as stockings and very easily gets ruined.
