“Dress arrived in an awfull state and was very creased. Dont think I would have been able to iron the creases out. For the price which was £159 I expected better quality rather than a cheap looking material. Also it was packaged in a cardboard envelope A4 size packet. When I order from other companies, dresses have arrived on a hanger to stop creasing. It has really put me off Phase Eight.”
“This is a nice dress but the empire line did not suit my figure. Also I thought the colour was quite dull. I was expecting a brighter shade of teal. Unfortunately this dress did nothing for me so sadly returned”
