“Beautiful dress - this is a very fun & elegant dress made with gorgeous fabric & cut beautifully. The 14 was a generous fit and I was sorry to have to return it. Maybe the 12 will be better for me. The full skirt sits very well and the shape is quite flattering.”
“The dress fitted and seemed nice on but then I noticed it was ruined at the front and had two snags. It was in the sale, but nothing had been said it was damaged. It also smelt of perfume as if it had been warn. I was disappointed and it was a waste of my time ordering and then having to send it back. I don’t imagine I will be ordering from this company again. It would be good if they could check their products before sending.”
“The first time I ordered this dress, it arrived with damage to the fabric. The second time, it also came with damage to the fabric but it was less noticeable and I had no time to get a new one before the event (see photo). It took two people to help me zip up and even then, parts of the fabric kept getting caught in the zip (and eventually tore). Bad quality fabric, zip poorly put in, for an expensive price.”
“I absolutely love this dress. It hangs perfectly, doesn't crease and the bottom is swishy. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because I'm having real trouble finding a jacket to match. I want to match the pink but it's more of a raspberry pink. Phase Eight don't have anything.”
