“Returned item as per another customer's review!!! The skirt never came with the dress. The fabric quality was very poor. I have been a loyal Phase Eight customer for many years and without a doubt you sell the best dresses on the high street. Very disappointed with your customer service where they only let you hold on for 5 minutes then cut you off saying go to the Website!! I was trying to find out when the second part of my dress was coming as there was No indication when it would come! In frustration I returned the dress back as I couldn't try on the whole outfit. This is a fabulous dress which I will never get a chance to wear. Not the phase eight service I would expect.
