“The dress I ordered was a size 12 but when it arrived it was more like a size 16… very big fit! There were also a lot of loose threads.
I returned the dress and 3 weeks later have still not received a refund despite chasing this twice & being told it is on its way. Very disappointing.”

“Lovely dress, however, I am very disppointed that 5 days after I bought it, the dress was reduced by around 70 pounds. This had only just arrived in store and has put me off buying from Phase eight in future. The dress is gorgeous and is for my daughter's wedding in November.”

I’m normally a 12, but that was a bit big, so went for the 10 instead which fitted perfectly!
