“Das Kleid wäre toll,wenn es passen würde....was gar nicht toll ist,ist der Kundenservice.Die Retoure kann ich nicht eingeben ,da angeblich bei Global der Auftrag nicht vor liegt.Das Problem habe ich per Mail mitgeteilt und erhielt die Antwort, das ich das über Global machen muss und der Fall somit geschlossen wird.Scheinbar ein Standarttext und nicht bemüht die Mail zu lesen und das Problem zu lösen.Eigentlich wollte ich das Kleid noch einmal in einer kleineren Größe bestellen und auch das Angebot des Unternehmens ist toll,aber nach der Erfahrung ist das kein zuverlässiger Lieferant. Schade,aber ich bin total enttäuscht und sehr unzufrieden.”
