“Dress didn’t fit so I wanted to return it . So much hassle . Couldn’t print returns label for posting as website didn’t recognise my order number, contacted phase eight & they referred me elsewhere as they don’t deal with international orders, still no response from e global, went to phase eight store in dublin & they couldn’t give me a refund either so I’m waiting & have a dress which doesn’t fit, doesn’t look nice on me, cost over 150E & can’t return it. Never had so much trouble returning an item. Will never order from Phase Eight again& would not recommend- waste of money & more importantly precious time trying to return an item .”
