I have no idea what this dress is like as the order didn't arrive. The ordering and subsequent refund process was a complete joke, incredibly stressful and time consuming to sort out. I would not recommend ordering online with Phase Eight. I ordered on 30 December as the Phase Eight website was advertising next day delivery for New Year's Eve. The order was apparently dispatched but then never arrived. I tried to chase it up but of course customer services weren't working over that period. On 2 January, I was told give it 24 hours. Of course New Year's Eve, for which I wanted the dress had passed by then. Eventually customer services admitted that there was an error in advertising new year's eve delivery. No compensation. Just a return of the delivery charge. The order still hadn't arrived by Monday 6 January, a week later. Still no update on the tracking. I kept getting emails saying your order will arrive in a few days. I don't understand why when I contacted P8 on 2 January, the order wasn't prioritised then for next day delivery. Hey ho. After chasing again, the next update was apparently there was a problem with Evri. 10 days in by now, four hours plus on the Live Chat with customer services and I asked for a refund. Initially refused! I was told I would have to wait for Evri to return the parcel to P8. Ridiculous, why should I have to wait. Eventually a refund was agreed to. Then the next stage in the saga. Trying to get the refund. I waited a week. Still no refund. Another hour on live chat chasing. I was told, sorry, an error, the refund hasn't processed, we have to put it through again! Another wait. Then I get the refund in bits, four payments in total received. However I was £6 down. I know not much, but still, its the principle. More time on live chat chasing (at least 40 minutes each time to get someone and get them to sort anything out). Apparently the remaining £6 is being processed. I haven't had it yet..... Oh after sending an email to complain, I did get a voucher to spend online, it wasn't offered, I had to complain. However, I don't think I can face placing another order......

Dress is a a bit big so have ordered a size smaller. But love the style and the design. Nice heavy knit. Love the collar.

Dress fits well, material is a little thicker than I had envisaged but it’s just right. Looks good with skinny jeans too. Can be dressy with jewellery or casual. I love it!
