“My purchased was shipped internationally to Australia by Phase-Eight. I was extremely disappointed at the way Phase-Eight had packaged is dress. The postal bag was not even sealed just scrunched together. The plastic clothes bag the dress had been enclosed in was torn, it was very fortunate that the dress had not been damaged or stolen.
The package had not been opened by Aust Customs as they are in the habit of leaving a notation of inspection and resealing packages.
I believe for international shipping clothing items should be at least boxed.”
