“I love the colour and the fabric, but the fit just wasn’t right. I’ve never had a problem with anything from Phase 8 before; this time, the dress was baggy around the fronts of the armholes. I considered putting darts towards the bust which would have made it fit better, but I also found the neckline uncomfortable. Regrettably, I had to return it for a refund. This was processed promptly, especially considering that we have just had the Christmas holidays.”
