“I ordered this dress, it arrived minus 1 button. The missing button situated right in the middle of the dress. I therefore sent it back and ordered a replacement and this also arrived faulty, with a button hanging off. A green tab situated pointing to the fault which was clearly known before being dispatched. I’m now in the process of returning the second dress!”
