“When I opened the packaging for the dress I was surprised how creased it was. I hung the dress up straight away hoping the creases would drop out, but they didn't. As I was packing to fly to Italy I decided to leave sorting the dress out until I'd arrived at my destination. When unpacking the dress, again it hadn't travelled well. It looked like a rag. I eventually got the dress back to a good standard after spending alot of time ironing it. When I wore the dress after all the preparation I was very happy with it. Unfortunately, I now have to face hand washing it and re-pressing.”
