“We bought a previous cardigan in Brown Thomas Dublin. We thought we were ordering something very similar online. The online purchase was of much poorer quality and the size was very different to the one shop purchased. The system was returns was truly appalling, your systems simply do not work resulting in long calls to your helpline. The refund amount was 20% less than the purchase price and with postage costs the whole process cost me €25 with no product. I won’t be purchasing again.”
