I can only apologise for this the warehouse have been made aware of this issue, Our stores can press any items that arrive creased or we will cover to have this done at a dry cleaners up to £20 if a receipt is produced.
“The opening gaped and flopped forward. To get it to sit properly I would have needed a smaller size which would have been too tight in the body. It was a good colour and great quality but just didn’t suit my body shape.”

I am sorry to hear that we have let you down on our service to you on your order this time as you are waiting for your refund. We do ask for 14 working days to process refunds and the policy can be seen on the website under returns.
