“I was disappointed to find that, yet again, Phase Eight have significantly changed the product from that pictured on their website. I ordered a cropped cardigan, with two front pockets and straight sleeves... and that was definitely not what I received... The cardigan I received was significantly longer than shown in the photographs, had no front pockets and had flared sleeves... I have now returned the cardigan and am awaiting my refund... Unfortunately Phase Eight are unlikely to refund the delivery costs which is disappointing as I likely would have kept the cardigan if it had been as described/photographed...”
