“Purchasing direct from you we didn’t expect it to be badly creased so much so there were iron marks on the front making the surface very shiny someone had obviously worn it and returned .
This the second time from buying online the garment was so badly creased I took it back to your Bluewater store they were not surprised it’s happened before.
