“Really like this style, have purchased similar one in the past. Originally ordered the medium but found it a bit big so found the small was a better fit for me. Fabric good quality and weight, expensive though for a jumper but wanted it to match the skirt in the same style.
My complaint is the customer service number, I wanted to see if I could exchange the medium size for the small without incurring further delivery charges but found it impossible to get my calls answered just kept getting the same automated message each time I called. Was even told in one message the lines had closed for the day even though it was well before 5pm. We need to speak to someone not an electronic message, it is soul destroying!”
