“The blouse was everything I hoped for High flutted neck, shirred long sleeves at the wrist, monochrome, except the extra frill on the sleeve which just wouldn’t lie down in the way shown on the photo. That detail wasn’t necessary the blouse didn’t need the sleeve frill it felt too much, and for that reason I returned.”
