I am so sorry and can only apologise that your order did not arrive in time, we do try very hard when contacted regarding late deliveries to get them to the customer as soon as possible but we are in the hands of the courier companies with this.
To arrive after this time with marks on the item is something that should have been spotted at quality check stage and should not have been sent out so I must also apologise for this.
