“This top is a statement piece. There are many ruffles but it looked quite flattering on me. However, I sent it back because there were several threads hanging off various different parts of the top. I did consider cutting them off but decided at full price for this item it really wasn't worth the price. Quality control is important Phase Eight. If you don't care then neither do I. Sorry, overpriced for the quality.”
