“Received very creased horizontally, took on holiday hoping crease’s would fall out but didn’t so I soaked in lukewarm water and left to drip dry.
Didn’t change anything so I could not wear it for it still held the creases. So consequently I have wasted almost £80.
Also I spoke online to customer service and got a reply reading ( didn’t understand the message, will get somebody to get back to me ) I’m very angry with your service.
Haven’t got a photo, wouldn’t want to!!!!!
It didn’t travel well at all either, such care in packing with loose protection of travel paper.
Fell in love with the blouse when I ordererd it but not finding it at all practical”
