The description of the handbag on the website says "Both functional and stylish in equal measure it features a main compartment with a zip-up fastening". I disagree. The leather is of good quality, but there is NO zip on the very wide main compartment, just a small central magnetic fastening, and the bag is hardly "functional", since it had no internal structure at all - no side pockets. It just enclosed a separate, unattached, plastic zipped purse, like a make-up bag. I returned the bag by post, and rang Phase Eight. The very helpful lady I spoke to agreed that the website description of the handbag was misleading and said that I should certainly have been able to return it via the shop. I'm not sure I'll ever go there again - the attitude of the person there was unhelpful at best. (I haven't given the city where this occurred, in case my experience was just a glitch in a recently opened shop).
