“The first clutch bag I ordered had a puckered corner. I returned it and ordered again as I liked the bag which would go perfectly with the Hobbs shoes in pink. The 2nd bag had a puckered corner. I tried again and the suede around the edges of the 3rd bag were discoloured and worn. Although in the sale, the bag was not cheap and it was to go with my MOB outfit so I just wanted it to be perfect. Really disappointing and a lot of hassle.”
