“Lovely handbag but unfortunately it arrived in a huge box with the chain loose outside the bag, and no packing, which damaged the bag. I sent it back for an exchange and the second one was better with the chain inside the bag but the bag was in a box without any paper to stop it sliding around and a section of the bag has come away from the gold trim. A nice bag that matches the kitchen heel shoes, but needs to be packed carefully.”
