“I was very disappointed that both times I ordered the fascinator I had to send back as both were faulty, one was even double boxed and still arrived squashed, I also hadn’t received the extra discount that should have been done for Black Friday, and not being able to speak to anyone was really frustrating.
I loved my dress that I have and the fascinator would have finished it off beautifully.
All refunds are quick but extra discount never applied as shown on website”
