“Returned to store as the shoes had been previously worn. Soles were dirty and the shoes had been stretched. Assume they were ex display. Why don't you put a plastic liner on the bottom of the shoes to protect the soles like your sister company Hobbs?
Frame of the matching handbag was broken, had obviously been dropped.
Overall, very disappointing and not up to Phase Eight's usual high standards.”
