“If the sandals had been new out of the box they were exactly what I was looking for.
However, it seems to me that they had been ‘round the houses’ a bit. They weren’t well wrapped, just in tatty crumpled tissue paper. The right sandal had obviously been well used as a ‘try on in shop’ so were marked on the sole. But the major issue was the sling back was elasticated and the elastic had been stretched so much it wouldn’t stay in my foot and the sandal fell of every two steps.
Other phase eight purchases have been perfect, this was far from it and very disappointing.”
