“The first pair of shoes I ordered went missing in transit. I re ordered and received a worn pair with dirty soles. Also in the same box was a return note for these shoes from a different customer. The chat line cut me off twice. I was offered £15:as an apology eventually after waiting an hour of my life. Nothing wrong with the shoes, great product as usual. However, the service was very poor.”
