“I ordered these from phase eight, on picking them up they had gone down another 10%.
On ringing customer line they said they would reimburse the 10% but i couldn’t return. Not worn yet , approx 20 days later still no reimbursement”
“This was my second purchase of these boots. I had to return the first pair after two months as the tab on one came away. When I spoke to an assistant in store she asked me if I had used the tab to pull on the boots! Silly me I hadn’t appreciated it was decorative only!! Anyway I love the style and fit of these boots so got a refund and bought them again. I’m being very careful putting them on and NOT using the tab! I did size up as my usual size was just a little tight but I have wide feet.”
