“I was very cross with Phase Eight for not offering this in a size 6 (why???), but I wondered if I'd get away with an 8. It's too big, of course, but I like the skirt and I can fiddle with the waistband to make it fit if I whip the sewing machine out. However, I shouldn't have to. Goes perfectly with the Gwyneth Balloon Sleeve Sweater.”
