“I am really unhappy with my purchase even though I think the color and quality of the skirt are great. The description stated that the fastening is elastic, so I ordered a size 12, but this information was completely false—the skirt fastening isn't elastic, thus it was too tight. I attempted to return it, but as it was shipped internationally, I was required to pay almost same skirt's cost for the shipment only, so I couldn’t exchange or return it.”
