“The denim jacket arrived. Took it out of the clear plastic wrapping and saw two dirty brown marks on the front!! Did not even try on as it went straight back in the bag to be sent back next day. I would like to know how it was sent out to me as this jacket was obviously not inspected before sending out! Has made me wary of ordering any other items of clothing from Phase Eight. I received no communication from Phase Eight regarding this .Very disappointed customer!”
