“The clothes l ordered were fine, it was the company that let it down! First item arrived within 3days. My husband & l then spent the next 2- 3 months chasing to find out where my second item was, as it went with the first. Could not believe phase eight didn't keep us informed & reassure us it would come. Honestly thought it was lost & we wouldn't get our money back! I will never order from them again & have told lots of people to be careful”
