For our click and collect orders we kindly ask to allow 5-7 working days for the order to be delivered. If you order has still not been delivered then please do get in touch, and our customer care team will be happy to assist you with this matter.

I am so sorry to hear that we have let you down on our delivery service to you on your order this time as the order was badly creased inside the packaging, that is not how we would like you to receive your order delivery. Unfortunately we no longer supply hangers with garments. I am pleased to hear that the store have refunded your order for you and offered to steam your order.
