I’m so sorry to hear you’ve not received your refund as quickly as you had hoped for.
We do advise to allow up to 14 working days from the date of postage for your returns to be received and processed. This does also exclude weekends and any public holidays that incur over that period.
Please ensure you keep a copy of your postage receipt safe, this will cover you for a monetary refund.
Should you not hear from us by the 14th working day, please do let us know and provide a clear image of your postage receipt and we will be able to investigate this further for you.

I can only apologise for this the warehouse have been made aware of this issue, Our stores can press any items that arrive creased or we will cover to have this done at a dry cleaners up to £20 if a receipt is produced.
