“I like the jacket, I bought it to go with one of your jumpsuits for my daughter's wedding. However, There was an issue with ordering the right sized jacket, in your Clark's Village outlet store. I ordered a size 6 regular. Three times ordering a 6 regular, a 6 "petite collection" arrived. First fitted but had a fault, second one was way too tight, third jacket fitted but the ticket still displayed "petite collection" . Your shop manager , who was very helpful throughout, looked at the label inside the jacket and she said the code on it was for a size 6 regular. You can understand this purchasing process was very tedious! Coupled together with the Evri courier being very slow and unreliable. I think you need to look into the labelling of these jackets. However, I look forward to wearing the jacket on Saturday 26 October”
