“This Jacket is beautiful. However, Phase Eight has to review their conversion table from UK to US sizes. I bought the jacket and it was enormous. Gigantic. I couldn't use it and now they don't have a smaller size available, so I was forced to buy another jacket that I didn't like much.
It caused stress and hassle because I needed it for a special event. Staff wasn't helpful. They couldn't care less. So, it is a pity. Don't think I will buy again from Phase Eight. It was simply an unpleasant experience.”
