“Blazer arrived without the button that fastens it. I walked into store (Canterbury, UK) to resolve it but all they could suggest was to get a refund and order again, hoping it will have the button. I would rather not do that as i am conscious of the environmental impact on all these deliveries for 1 button. I will stitch the button on myself but it leaves me disappointed especially as i had just spent nearly £300 on this order - I am a regular customer.”
